Good things here

The society benefits from its proximity to local markets, schools, and hospitals, providing convenience for residents. The build quality of the apartments is excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage. All modern amenities are available within the society and are fully functional. There's a high-security system in place, including biometric access at the entrance. Additionally, there's ample parking space allocated for both owners and visitors, ensuring convenience for everyone. read more

Things need improvement

The society is an excellent place to live in. However, one drawback is the absence of power backup facilities. This can be inconvenient for residents during power cuts. read more

Good things here

There is designated parking space for owners and visitors. Within the range of 200 meter you can get everything like local market and grocerry shops. Auto and cabs are easily available near by the society. Even though the Construction has become too old there are no issues regarding seepage and crack. managing commitee is propmt and even proper process has been adopted to resolve issues. All the festivals are celebarted in the society,overall good living experience in this society. read more

Things need improvement

There is only one swimming pool and kids play area in the society there is no club house and gym in the society. Roads outside the society is bit low line due to that during rainy season water logging issues are there in the society. Power back up facilities are not there in the society. read more

Good things here

Connectivity of the apartment was good as there were good schools and hospitals near by the socety. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors. Build quality was good as there was no leakage and seepage issues in the apartment. During pendemic managing commitee was too active and prompt for helping out residents. read more

Things need improvement

As i spend my time during covid time and amenities were not functional at that period of time. Power back up is available for common areas only like lift and lights. read more

Good things here

The maintenance quality of the society was taken care of with regular water supply. The society is very spacious. The transportation connectivity near the society was satisfactory with availability of public transport options and markets. Amenities like swimming pool and clubhouse were available. The neighborhood was very friendly. read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality was also average with some seepage issues as the infrastructure was quite old. There was no gym available in the society. read more
