Good things here

The overall road conditions are satisfactory, with functional street lights ensuring safety. I'm pleased with the excellent construction quality of the buildings, as seepage and leakage issues are non-existent in the flats. The well-ventilated rooms add to the comfort of living here. The community spirit is commendable, with friendly and cooperative residents coming together to celebrate cultural festivals. Timely garbage collection is a plus, and we've not faced any water logging issues. Furthermore, the availability of amenities like the gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area for kids enriches our living experience. read more

Things need improvement

The connectivity to the society leaves much to be desired, as it's quite distant from essential places, necessitating the use of cabs or personal vehicles for travel since public transportation is lacking. Unfortunately, there are no nearby markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, or restaurants, making daily errands inconvenient. Moreover, the water supply and electricity are not reliable, with frequent disruptions and high electricity costs. Plumbing issues, including harsh water quality damaging appliances like geysers, remain unresolved despite multiple complaints to the society. Although there are two parks within the society, they are both small and inadequate for recreational use. Additionally, the society lacks community engagement, with no organized events or festivals to foster a sense of unity among residents. read more

Good things here

The location of the society is very nice. The connectivity of the society is very nice, everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. There is enough parking space provided to all residents. hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Paintings and water proofings are done on time. I like that seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. The construction quality of the buildings is very good. Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are properly installed and functions properly. People are friendly, educated and cooperative, all the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together. read more

Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is available in the society but it is not operational at the moment. Lifts needs more maintenance I feel. Cleaning and basic maintenance can be improved. read more

The society is well connected on main road. The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. There are no water logging problems around the society. Basement parking is available. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. Lifts work properly Timely issues are resolved by the maintainance team in the society. The connectivity is an issue around the society, Public transports are not available easily around the society, for easy travel you need to have your own car. There are no nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. read more
