What I love about this locality is how it perfectly balances convenience, community, and comfort. There are great schools for Kids and top-notch Hospitals like Saifee Hospital just minutes away. Also being so close to Charni Road Railwway Station, ample of bus stops nearby and upcoming Metro Station means getting around city is a breeze. You'll find a mix of long-time residents and new families, creating a vibrant, peaceful and warm community atmosphere. Plus Chowpatty Beach nearby, there's always a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. The streets are well-lit and there's a strong sense of security.
