There's a cremation ground nearby, located in the middle of the society, where bodies are cremated. Personally, I wouldn't want to see that every day, and my sentiments align with those who has to see every alternate day. read more

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. No major traffic issues are faced around the society. Roads are in a good condition. Also water logging issues never arisedaround the society. The Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. Seapage and leakage issues are not faced at least in my flat. Plaster quality is also fine. Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are properly installed and functions properly. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. Open space parking is available. Drainage system is good in the society. read more

Good things here

Garbage collective was done on the dialy basis between 8-9 am in the morning. Pet friendly society and people are educated and supportive, Festivals like Diwali, holi, Janmashtami and national hoilday's like Republic and Independence day is celebrated together. Society is on the main road, so the connectivity is the best thing here because hospitals, market area, schools and public transport are easily accessible. There is a mini garden for kids to play, Gym, Clubhouse are well funtional. Additional Staircase is avaiable in the society for emergency exits. read more

Things need improvement

There was no swimming pool in the society. Construction quality was okay it is not first class. It is somewhat below average. read more
