Good things here

All our neighbors are like one big family! We celebrate all festivals like Durga Puja and Diwali together in the community hall. We also organize cultural events there. We have a gym, swimming pool, and playground for the kids. There's even a beautiful garden where everyone enjoys spending time. During the summer, we all have a blast swimming in the pool. It's a lot of fun!The metro is nearby, and there are plenty of grocery stores. Schools are also plentiful near the society. We have two parking spaces, so we never face any issues, and there's even allotted guest parking in the society. Street lights work properly, read more

Things need improvement

The complex of our society is quite large, so we should increase the number of security guards accordingly. Sometimes, dirty water comes from the pipes, but they fix it promptly when informed. However, the drainage system in the society is not good, leading to waterlogging during the rainy season. The construction quality is very poor; there are cracks in the walls, and the biggest issue is leakage, seepage, and dampness. Even though I informed the maintenance team, they haven't taken any steps to address these issues. This is quite problematic for me. The window fittings are not good, causing water to seep into the rooms during the rainy season. read more

Designated parking is available for residents, and public transport options such as auto-rickshaws, buses, and cabs are easily accessible outside the society, making connectivity very convenient. I find the location of the society to be excellent, with ride-hailing services like Uber easily available. The society has all the amenities I need, including a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. The residents here are good and helpful. read more

Things need improvement

There is no metro nearby the society, and yellow cabs are reluctant to come here. Cleanliness is non-existent, and garbage collection and disposal are not done on time. The lifts have issues, with doors not opening on the 4th floor. The building quality is very poor, with exterior repainting pending and seepage problems in the flats. The walls are damp. I would not recommend this society to anyone, as there is no resale value. We are living here only because it is our own flat. read more
