Baner enjoys excellent road connectivity to other areas of the city via Baner road, Pashan-Sus road and NH-48. Positive environment with lush greenery along with modern facilities makes this project as one of the top projects in the entire locality. There are parks, gym, medical stores, grocery stores, open spaces, covered parking, etc. present right inside the same premises. Additionally, the security and safety is very high. Also, the connectivity is very good because there are many colleges, schools, malls, local markets and hospitals nearby. No power or water shortage and roads are wide with street lights. read more
