It also has decent connectivity with highways. Like the stretch of HAL Airport road to Varthur, known as Varthur Main Road is the main connecting road to Marathalli and Sarjapur Road. The nearest Railway Station Carmelaram and Whitefield station are just around 15-20 mins away from my place. Some renowned hospitals such as Columbia Hospital, Sankara Eye Hospital are so near to my flat and for that, I can easily rush there at the any emergency. Some well-known Educational institutes like Whitefield Global school, Prathama International School, CMR Institute of Technology etc are just a few steps back from my place. My son reads in Whitefield School which is so close to my apartment. Phoenix Market City, Forum one Value Mall, Park Square too are near my future residence. read more

I will be a dweller of this place within 2 months for living with my family. Honestly, the environment is so calm and serene. That's why I will continue my work from here easily. This residence also has a good internet connection for continuing my work very comfortably. My husband too does works from your home as well. We are both currently working on an IT company that is very close to our residence as well. And for this place will be the best for us. Some other facilities such as hospitals, schools, shopping malls, shops for essential goods are at very few distances. So, these are the major factors of supporting this place very much. read more

If you are truly a nature lover, this would be my most recommended place for you. The place is too far from the hustle and bustle of the city. And if you looking for a perfect luxurious life too, this place is also perfect with their fix and fixtures. The blend of traditional and modern designs of the buildings are so unique. I'm going to live in a 2bhk flat of this residence and all rooms are well ventilated with lots of space. The rooms are well decorated and steel grills exist in the attached balcony. Their security services are so remarkable. The whole is under 24×7 CCTV surveillance as well. read more

The residence is so green and has considerable space for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I will meditate here every morning. A huge space of jogging and walking track here. My husband has diabetes, and he will walk every day here. It has basketball, badminton courts, golf course, lawn tennis court exist here. It has a community hall for meetings and cultural programs. Every dweller of this place used to do all the festivals and programs together. They are so friendly and helpful over any emergency. The place is highly recommended for me with lots of basic external amenities as well. read more

Candeur Signature can be said one of the adequate projects I have ever known. This place is situated in Varthur, Bangalore East. This efficient project is developed by Candeur Construction. I am happy to mention that this project will give me all of the luxurious amenities and accommodation at a very reasonable price. The swimming pool, kids’ playground, gymnasium and many additional are located on the campus as well. I am planning to live here with my husband and son and having the best proposed maintenance and services. This place for me would be one of the efficient projects yet. read more

Varthur is one of the most fast developing areas of Bangalore. It shares its border with Whitefield which is the largest technology clusters in South Asia. It follows a lifestyle of ‚ walk to work‚ with EPIP (Export Promotion Industrial Park) & ITP-B (International Tech Park - Bangalore) in the vicinity. The EPIP is one of the country's first Information Technology Parks and ITP-B houses offices of many IT and ITES companies. The location also enjoys excellent connectivity to the major MNC‚ s like Hindustan Unilever, Britannia, HP, Capgemini, Tata Elxsi, ITPL, Brigade Tech Park, Bhoruka Tech Park and many more. Apart from Balagare Road, there are two other major four-lane roads that connect Varthur to Bangalore city. These roads are Whitefield Road via Mahadevapura and Varthur Road via Marathahalli. Both roads intersect with Karnataka State Highway 35 (SH 35) which runs in the North-South direction (Siddlaghatta in the north to Anekal in the south).
