These facilities could greatly enhance the quality of life for residents. Having CCTV cameras installed only in the parking area leaves other parts of the society vulnerable to security risks. Dealing with the heavy traffic from Oberoi School can be quite a hassle for me. It's the main challenge we face in our otherwise well-maintained society. Although our community is great overall, the lack of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse can be a downside, especially since the society is relatively small. But despite these limitations, I'm grateful for the positive aspects of our community and the friendly atmosphere among the residents. read more

There is metro construction going for expanding the Andheri metro line to Goregaon on the western Express highway. Oberoi Mall is situated on the Goregaon East and is a famous shopping spot. There is no water scarcity in this locality as the BMC provides 24 hour water supply. Goregaon East doesn’t face any load shedding issues and if there is some maintenance work prior notice is given to the residents.
