I've found the construction quality of the society to be excellent, with well-ventilated flats that contribute to a comfortable living environment. Additionally, the society is well-maintained, and all amenities are readily available and well-kept. I've never encountered any issues with garbage collection, and parking has always been sufficient for my needs. Overall, I haven't faced any problems with these aspects, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with the society in every aspect. read more

During my time in the society, I experienced significant challenges with connectivity. Despite the quality of the amenities within the society itself, the distance from essential facilities like markets, schools, and hospitals made it quite inconvenient. Moreover, the lack of easy access to autos and cabs compounded these issues, making it difficult to travel in and out of the area. Connectivity is vital for daily life, and facing such challenges had a noticeable impact on my overall experience. I have really friendly neighbors, which makes living here enjoyable. The location is pretty convenient too. But the best part about the society is definitely the clubhouse and swimming pool. read more

Things need improvement

During the rainy season, we often encounter waterlogging on the roads and potholes, which can be quite troublesome. Additionally, the absence of a cricket playground within the society is disappointing for cricket enthusiasts. read more

Things need improvement

The rules could have been relaxed a bit, they could have been made user friendly and second thing there should have been a pet area which should have been a separate park for dogs. read more

Two allocated parking space has been provided for every residence. security system and Maintenance is top notch. all the amenities are in operational condition. society's environment is neat and clean. read more

Things need improvement

Connectivity of the apartment is major drawback ,schools,hopitals are far away ,local transport facilities are hard to get. Rent of the apartment is higher than other besideing societies. guest parking is not provided inside the campus. read more
