The place is well connected with major roads of city, and Delhi and Rapid metro within 8-10 Km which seems much beneficial to me. My father is an employee of an industry which is just a few km distance from the place. The place delivers several useful factors like some well known schools, super speciality hospitals, banks, shopping malls, medicine shops are so close to my place. My school St Xavier's High School is also near. And the transport system of this place is quite decent. So I have decided to choose this place because of its location advantages too. read more

Some negative factors that I should include here that are several patholes that have been occurred in the internal roads in this region as the local people reported and that can create road accidents also. During monsoon, the potholes get filled with water and create huge difficulty to pass by. Most if the time, water supply gets intermittently affected due to lack of rainfall in summer. Severe powercuts happen in this area as the people reported. read more

The campus is so airy and has a significant area for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I will meditate here every sunrise. The vast area of jogging and walking track is here. They proposed us to add basketball, badminton courts, gym here. It includes a proposed community hall for meetings and cultural programs. Every workers are so friendly and helpful over any emergency. The place is highly recommended for me with several basic superficial amenities. read more

M3M Skycity to be mentioned one of the reasonable projects I have ever known. This place is positioned in Gurgaon. This is an upcoming project and possession will start from 2025. I would like to say that they proposed to give me all of the elegant luxuries and residence at a very satisfactory price. The swimming pool, kids playground, gym and many additional are located on the campus as well. I am planning to buy a 3bhk flat for my family at a very reasonable price. read more
