Sector 89 is one of the most rapidly developing areas in Gurgaon. It is located on the upcoming Dwarka Expressway (Northern Peripheral Road), which will cut down the travel time between Delhi and Gurgaon, thus providing direct Delhi-Manesar connectivity. The expressway will link key regions like Palam Vihar, Dwarka and Harsaru. Travelling to the Indira Gandhi International Airport will also become easier due to the expressway. Garhi Harsaru Junction and Gurgaon Railway Station are the nearest railway station from here. The major roads connecting this area are IMT and Pataudi Roads. Gurgaon is home to innumerable commercial and industrial hubs. This has in turn helped the connectivity in sector 89, which is aided by local buses, shared autos and taxis.
