Good things here

The society had a supermarket nearby, as well as a medical shop and grocery store. If you lived there, you wouldn't want to leave the society. Cleaning was done twice a day, the roads were good, there were good walking areas, and vegetable shops were also set up in the society. The water in the swimming pool was cleaned every two days. We didn't face any issues while living there. Water was available 24/7. The residents were friendly and cooperative. The society had all the amenities and they were well-maintained. Connectivity was excellent, with autos and the metro available nearby. School buses also came to the society. There were no issues of leakage or seepage in the flats. There was ample parking for residents and visitors, and walking tracks were also constructed. The lifts were well-maintained. read more

The schools are not conveniently located near the society, being at least 2 km away, which might pose challenges for residents commuting to and from school. read more

Good things here

The connectivity is very good, with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. The roads are well-maintained, and there are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. The society offers amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, and there is designated parking for each resident. Rules are followed, creating a well-organized environment. The neighbors are very nice and cooperative, always ready to help. Elevators are installed and maintained, and regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry segregation keeps the place clean. read more

However, there are seepage issues throughout the society, likely due to its age. Although amenities are present, they are not well-maintained because the society is old. Other than these issues, everything else is fine. read more

Connectivity is great with availability of cabs, autos and public transport nearby. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good security and parking facilities . read more

Things need improvement

There are issues regarding water supply and lifts also have frequent issues. Amenities like swimming pool , gym , clubhouse and park are not available in the society . People are not that social , they don't celebrate festivals together. read more

Society accha hai, connectivity accha hai, Ghatkopar paas mein hain, No as such traffic issues, market bhi hain society ke paas. Maintenance accha hai, saaf safai rehti hai, no drainage issues. Lifts bhi hain society mein. Security guards bhi hain society mein. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse , baccho ke khelne ke liye jagah sab hain available. Society is safe even in nights, watchmen rehte hain. read more

The roads outside the society are in good condition, and the society itself is clean. Renovation work and painting are underway in the society. Water is available 24*7, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage; ventilation in the flats is good. All modern amenities are available, and maintenance work is currently ongoing. The residents are friendly and cooperative. read more

Autos are not readily available near the society, and even if they are, they often refuse to pick up passengers. read more
