Auto rickshaw availability,It's a positive aspect when auto rickshaws are readily available, making transportation easier. Lack of seepage or leakage issues in the society, It's reassuring when the infrastructure is well-maintained and free from water damage. No gate app, While it might seem outdated, not having a gate app can sometimes be preferable for privacy reasons. read more

Maintenance issues, It's disappointing when maintenance isn't up to par, impacting the overall quality of living. Security and lift improvements needed,It's concerning when security measures and lift functionality are lacking and need improvement for residents' safety and convenience. Lack of amenities and infrastructure improvements,From the garden to internal roads and lighting, it's frustrating when essential amenities and infrastructure are neglected and in need of enhancement. Parking allocation disputes can be stressful and disruptive when there's no clear parking allotment system, leading to conflicts among residents. I'm not very familiar with the connectivity around the society as I mostly use public transport, which is available outside the society. However, the construction quality of the society is excellent. Despite being 15 to 20 years old, there haven't been any issues with construction such as seepage or cracks in the walls. All amenities are available, and everything is well-maintained, including a swimming pool, garden, and park. The people in the society are also very good, and various festivals are celebrated together, making it an overall excellent�experience. read more

The roads around the society are mostly in a loose and damaged condition due to ongoing construction work, causing inconvenience as they tend to break frequently. I feel that the roads should be improved further for better convenience, especially considering the high number of students in the area. Other than that, the society is very�good�overall. read more

The maintenance of the society is absolutely terrible and pathetic. There is no cleanliness, and nothing is properly maintained. Garbage collection is not done on time, and no task is carried out properly. In my opinion, the maintenance is extremely poor. Additionally, not all amenities are available; only a few like parks and gardens are present, and even they are not well-maintained. read more
