Pet-friendly, with facilities like dog parks and designated areas for pets. The Pollution level is lower compared to the city center. Traffic is also manageable. Essential shops and daily need stores are located within the society read more

Things need improvement

The proposed metro station is taking forever. If you are working near Rajiv chawk, personal vehicle would be required. The construction has starting showing sign of aging. Kitchen, bathroom seepage is quite visible. read more

It's a wide open area with plenty of room for cycling, exploring, entertaining children, etc. This region has extremely little pollution. There are now numerous stores, malls, schools, and hospitals close by. The flats' construction quality is adequate. Flats have a pretty excellent layout. You have a variety of choices, including high-rise and low-rise apartments, plots, floors, villas, etc. Also extremely great is the apartment design. read more

Although there is no area for sports or a court designed for a specific game, the toll is located right next to the establishment and there are no exceptions for residents of Vatika; you must pay that. Additionally, people have opened businesses in residential properties, and management is occasionally a little slack about doing their jobs, but overall it's a pretty awesome place to live.
