Good things here

Public transport is available right at the society's gate. Vegetable markets, grocery shops, and everything else you need are nearby. Schools and hospitals are also close by. Garbage collection occurs on a daily basis, and there are plumbers and electricians available as well. All amenities are present in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Maintenance charges are quite high, but the quality of maintenance provided does not justify these costs. There is a need to improve the construction quality and enhance overall maintenance standards in the society. read more

Good things here

Connectivity is very good around the society, public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are easily available outside the society. Metro connectivity is also there. nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, available around the society. Roads are much better now. Parking is alloted for residential people, basement and open area parking is available. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Rooms are good in ventilation, there is no conjestion in the society. cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together, people are very friendly. read more

Things need improvement

Maintenance of the society is decent but not great. Visitor's parking has to be done outside the society. When there's heavy rainfall water logging issues happens in the basement. Some or the other issues happens related to elevators, sometimes it stops working. Maintenance charges are too high. Water supply issues happens a lot. Water quality is not good, it's extreamly hard and people fall sick for the water. issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in my appartment. Construction quality is not great. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. There is a lot of issues related to pets and the society becomes dirty for that. There are no rules made by society in terms of pets. Exit and entry path is the same, there is only one gate. read more

The well-maintained road quality ensures smooth travel, especially when using my personal car. Having nearby shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, and restaurants simplifies daily errands, and the availability of malls adds to the variety of options for shopping and entertainment. I'm fortunate to have individual parking, and I've never encountered any issues with parking availability. It's reassuring to know that garbage collection is regular and that the society maintains cleanliness standards. Reliable water supply and electricity, along with good water quality, are essential for comfortable living, and I'm pleased that these aspects are well taken care of in my society. The presence of lifts, properly maintained and functional, adds to the convenience of vertical mobility within the building. With a good security system in place, including CCTV surveillance, I feel secure in my surroundings. read more

I find that the connectivity of the society is not good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Society is not kept clean. Moreover issues takes a lot of time to be resolved by the society. There are slight issues with seepage and termites in the flats. My flat does not receive any sunlight. Other facilities and amenities are most of the time not functional. People are very bad and have extremely bad bahaviour towards each other. read more

The maintenance of the society is commendable, with hygiene being properly maintained and the surroundings kept clean. Nearby, there are markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants, making daily errands convenient. Additionally, hospitals and schools are easily accessible from the society. Seepage and leakage issues are not observed in the flats, indicating good construction quality. The road quality outside the society is also good, preventing waterlogging issues. Traffic problems are not faced, ensuring smooth commuting. Water supply and electricity are consistently available, without any issues. The society is well-maintained and kept clean, with nominal maintenance charges. Other amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids are available and properly maintained.
