Good things here

Transportation connectivity is convenient, with all public transport options available nearby. Maintenance is satisfactory, with no issues regarding water supply, drainage, or waterlogging. Electricity supply meets expectations, and there are no termite issues. read more

Things need improvement

The roads are narrow. Th construction quality must be improved. During the rainy season, occasional seepage is observed. The quality of plaster and fittings is rated at 1. 5. The kitchen furniture provided is of poor quality. Amenities like the gym and clubhouse are currently under construction. There is no proper park maintained, and flats are not provided to bachelors. read more
