the area is near to schools and colleges and many retail outlets are there. there is frequent power cuts. night time is not so safe. transportation is available round the clock. The area is well connected.

a beautiful locality settled snug in the outskirts of Chennai. schools and colleges are nearby and it also has markets at walkable distance , a nearby shopping mall ,fresh water is always available, .no frequent power outages and safe at night.

Due to its location and the presence of IT sectors the area is called home by many employees and bachelors and thus is very affordable and well developed. cheap and affordable housing is available for everyone. good food and fresh produce is also available.

railway station is located nearby and markets and malls are all located close to the locality. good beaches and other recreational and entertainment centres are also located nearby for the residents and the people visiting here.
