Good things here

The best thing is that individual meters are provided in the society, so there's no issue of power cuts, and the power backup is reliable. There's an in-house garden where children can play, and elderly people can comfortably sit. Cabs arrive at the society after booking. The roads outside the society are good. The metro station is just a 800-meter walk away. Water is available 24/7. The lifts in my tower are well-maintained. read more

Things need improvement

Coming outside the society to find autos isn't convenient, especially for older residents. The promised amenities at the time of flat purchase haven't been fully delivered; the swimming pool hasn't been operational. Although the construction quality is not good, there are significant seepage issues and cracks in the walls of the flats. Basement parking is allotted for everyone but is insufficient, leading to haphazard parking due to lack of guards. Society security is lacking because they aren't paid on time. Maintenance of lifts in some towers is neglected due to the high number of flats, resulting in frequent breakdowns. read more

Good things here

The cleanliness of our society is very good, with garbage always picked up on time and no issues like wall cracks or water logging. We have no problems with seepage. We have a well-equipped gym, a fantastic swimming pool, and a playground, catering to all our fitness and recreational needs. Transportation is also very convenient, with cabs easily accessible whenever we need them. St. Thomas School being so close is a huge advantage for parents and students alike. we have supportive and friendly neighbors. We have a wonderful sense of community here, celebrating festivals together and creating a warm, welcoming environment. read more

As a resident of our society, I must say it�s challenging to find anything to dislike because everything is so well taken care of. The connectivity in the society is really good, making it easy to get around. Whether I need to catch a bus or access local shops, everything is conveniently located. The maintenance in the society is quite poor, and the charges are high without corresponding service quality. I've experienced seepage and leakage issues in my flat, and there have been problems in the parking area as well. Additionally, the swimming pool is not maintained properly, which is disappointing.
