Good things here

The society benefited from excellent connectivity with a nearby local market, auto rickshaws, cabs, Ola, Uber services, and a metro station. There were multiple malls and restaurants nearby, enhancing convenience. Despite the building's age, the build quality was excellent with no issues of leakage, seepage, or infrastructure defects. The maintenance team was proactive and ensured timely repainting and upkeep. The society offered amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, and gym, all well-equipped and well-maintained without any additional charges for use. Allocated parking was available for owners, ensuring convenience. Safety was prioritized with 24x7 guards and CCTV surveillance throughout the area. Festivals and cultural programs were celebrated within the society, fostering a vibrant community spirit. read more

Things need improvement

Based on my living experience in that society, I haven't encountered any significant issues. However, there were some cracks in the outer walls of the society that the maintenance team was addressing. Additionally, although a DG (diesel generator) was provided, there was an extra charge if we exceeded the allocated power usage in the flat. Unfortunately, allocated visitor parking was not available in�this�society. read more

Autocabs are readily available near the society, and there is a nearby metro station. The quality of roads outside the society is excellent, and traffic is not a problem in the vicinity. There is allocated parking for owners and visitors, which is sufficient for the society's needs. 24-hour guards and CCTV surveillance ensure the safety of residents, managed by the maintenance team. There is continuous water supply and electricity available 24/7. Festivals are celebrated within the society, and the residents are friendly. Pets are allowed in the society, subject to rules and regulations set�by�pet�owners. read more

Things need improvement

One significant drawback of this society was its amenities, which were inadequate and unjust compared to others. The build quality was also poor, with issues of leakages and seepages that needed to be resolved. These issues detracted from the overall quality and experience of living in the society. read more

Good things here

Garbage collection and lift maintenance are always on time. Electricians and plumbers are available 24/7 in the society. Ventilation is excellent. People are very helpful, and all festivals are celebrated well. Public transport is also available. read more

Things need improvement

Office commute often encounters heavy traffic, and the road conditions aren't great. The swimming pool remains empty, lacking maintenance personnel. Maintenance during the COVID period was quite poor. read more

Good things here

All the necessary markets like vegetable and grocery shops are nearby. Public transport for office commute is always on time. Lift maintenance is done daily. People are helpful, and festivals of both Hindus and Muslims are celebrated. Ventilation is good. read more

Things need improvement

The small play area is not suitable for children to play in. Hygiene in the society is not maintained at all. There is seepage and wall fungus in all the houses. Pest control is not done, so there are big rats. There is no vegetable market, and there is no parking. read more

It is a good society to live in. Vaishali metro station is very near to the apartment. All facilities are available such as water, electricity, and electricity services in reasonable prices.
