Things need improvement

Builder and AoA are in ongoing dispute for more than 1. 5 years. Maintenance funds are stuck and crucial upkeep is neglected like lift repairs, no CCTV in lift or basement, stray dogs, cleanliness, bad smell from huge canal on which the society is built, mobile network is pathetic from 12th floor to 25th floor. read more
