Connectivity good, though Mumbai city centre is very far. Neighbourhood is quite decent and people mix up freely. The Safety factor is a matter of concern. Good livability. Apartments are well built. Rent very afforadable. 1 BHK is really cheap

Connectivity ok, though services are infrequent. There are too many chawls and slums in the neighbourhood. It is not safe at night. Infrastructure in the locality is weak, waterlogging in areas, water supply and electricity issues. Prices attractive, still affordable
