Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Management is very good. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are available and well-maintained in the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. read more

Water facility is not good; water comes into the tanks, which is inconvenient for the residents in the society. The construction quality is poor, as there are some seepage issues and leaks in the walls of the society. read more

Schools are within 400 meters from the society, within a walkable distance. read more

Maintenance charges are expensive in the society, around 5000 rupees. The parking area is congested, and there is no visitor parking area in the society. Amenities like clubhouse, gym, and table tennis are not available in the society. read more

The connectivity is excellent, with around 200 supermarkets, grocery stores, and dairies nearby. The bus stop is within 500 meters, and the street lights are good. There is ample parking space for residents. Construction-wise, we have never faced any challenges; the floors are well-ventilated. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and the area is cleaned properly. Garbage is collected daily, and 24/7 uninterrupted water and power are available. The lift is always working, and the people are helpful. read more

Varthur is one of the most fast developing areas of Bangalore. It shares its border with Whitefield which is the largest technology clusters in South Asia. It follows a lifestyle of ‚ walk to work‚ with EPIP (Export Promotion Industrial Park) & ITP-B (International Tech Park - Bangalore) in the vicinity. The EPIP is one of the country's first Information Technology Parks and ITP-B houses offices of many IT and ITES companies. The location also enjoys excellent connectivity to the major MNC‚ s like Hindustan Unilever, Britannia, HP, Capgemini, Tata Elxsi, ITPL, Brigade Tech Park, Bhoruka Tech Park and many more. Apart from Balagare Road, there are two other major four-lane roads that connect Varthur to Bangalore city. These roads are Whitefield Road via Mahadevapura and Varthur Road via Marathahalli. Both roads intersect with Karnataka State Highway 35 (SH 35) which runs in the North-South direction (Siddlaghatta in the north to Anekal in the south). The much anticipated Namma Metro Rail Project by the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) will soon connect this locality to other regions in the city.
