Good things here

The locality of the society is very good; it is spacious and has a lot of greenery. There is a good walking area outside the society, which is very convenient. Power backup is available. Garbage collection is efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately, which is very convenient. The area is friendly and reasonable. Construction quality is very good; there are no seepage or leakage issues in the society. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are expensive. Parking areas are sufficient. read more

Connectivity is not stable in the society if we book Ola or Uber; it often won't be available, especially on Saturdays and Sundays, making it very tough in the society. Water facilities are not good; there is a water shortage in the society often. Public transportation, like buses, is available 1 km away from the society. There is visitor parking in the society, and the available parking is limited to 6-7 cars, which is very inconvenient. read more

In our calm and quiet society, there are no disturbances. Pollution-free areas provide excellent connectivity, with supermarkets, grocery stores, bus stops, medical shops, and schools within around 500 meters. The road quality is good, with working street lights and ample parking space. Maintenance is well-managed with collected charges, and door-to-door garbage collection ensures cleanliness. We enjoy good water and power supply, and the functioning lifts add convenience. Amenities such as walking tracks, swimming pools, clubhouses, community halls, children's play areas, and gyms are available. The surrounding people are friendly, and we celebrate numerous festivals together. read more
