Good things here

Transportation options such as buses are conveniently available within walking distance from our society. The water facility is excellent, supplied from both borewells and tankers, ensuring reliable service. Consistent power backup and efficient garbage collection, with separate disposal of wet and dry waste, further enhance convenience. Despite being around 15 years old, the construction quality of our building remains very good and well-maintained. The metro station is conveniently located close to the society, just 650 meters away, facilitating easy commuting. Amenities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, party hall, and community hall are not only available but also well-maintained. The weekly senior citizen meetings add to the community spirit and enjoyment. The society boasts a good community atmosphere, with reasonable maintenance charges. Parking is ample, with space for 40 visitor cars, adding to the convenience for guests. Festivals such as Dussehra and Holi are celebrated enthusiastically, making our society vibrant and lively throughout the year. read more

Things need improvement

The availability of autos for distances less than 2 km is limited, and they often do not accept fares less than 100 rupees, which makes using autos inconvenient. Additionally, the road quality within the first 100 meters from the society is poor, adding to the inconvenience for residents. read more

The society is very well-maintained with clean lifts, regular cleaning, garbage collection, and water tank cleaning. Connectivity is excellent with autos, cabs, metro, and a railway station nearby. The roads are good. The construction is solid with no issues like seepage, leakage, or cracks, and it has good ventilation and sunlight. Amenities include a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and parks. The neighbours are friendly and enjoy celebrating festivals together. read more

Transportation is very convenient in our society, with public transport stops located nearby. Cabs and autos are readily available, making travel easy for residents. The community is known for its friendly and cooperative atmosphere, creating a pleasant living environment. Additionally, we have various facilities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, kids play areas, indoor games, and more within the society for residents to enjoy. read more

I lived here four years ago, I was really impressed with the amenities - they had everything we needed. The construction quality stood out too; the buildings felt solid and well-built. It was a comfortable and well-designed living space. read more

Since it's been four years since I lived there, I can't comment on the current connectivity situation. Things might have changed. I hope the transport options have improved, but I'm not sure how it is now. read more
