Good things here

Connectivity in terms of transportation is excellent in the area. Auto cabs are readily available, and there are schools, hospitals, grocery shops, markets, malls, restaurants, and theaters nearby. The build quality of the society is excellent, with spacious rooms and proper ventilation. Security is top-notch, with 24-hour electricity and well-maintained cleaning services. The society boasts a beautifully maintained garden, and all festivals and functions are celebrated within�the�community. read more

Things need improvement

There are numerous drawbacks concerning this society. Firstly, there are no basic facilities such as municipal water supply, requiring us to rely on costly tanker services. Additionally, there is no gas pipeline available. The swimming pool, garden, and clubhouse are not well-maintained. The gym lacks proper equipment and is of poor quality. The hydraulic parking system is unreliable, often causing vehicles to get stuck. Vehicles parked on both sides of the outer road contribute to congestion and traffic jams. There is no society manager available to address our concerns. Overall, the society has poor maintenance standards. Cleanliness is also inadequate, with only the main lane being regularly cleaned, while other areas are neglected. The housekeeping staff are�inefficient. read more

Ola and Uber bookings were reliable, providing convenient transportation options, and the society maintained cleanliness throughout. Residents had access to the garden for recreational purposes, and there were no concerns regarding leakage or cracks in the infrastructure. The cooperative nature of the residents fostered a positive community atmosphere, where festivals were joyfully celebrated together. Sufficient parking space was available for residents, and the lifts were well-maintained for smooth vertical mobility. Additionally, the landlord was cooperative and supportive. read more

Things need improvement

Auto-rickshaws were not readily available near the society, requiring residents to walk a bit of a distance to find them. Unfortunately, additional fees were necessary for access to indoor games, the gym, and the swimming pool, which may have been inconvenient for some residents. Moreover, there was a shortage in the water supply, prompting residents to store water as a precaution. read more
