The maintenance is excellent with regular cleaning, keeping the society very neat and clean. Garbage collection is on time. There are modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, garden, and basketball court, all well-maintained. The maintenance fee is Rs. 3800 per month. The facilities like lifts, CCTV, and security are very good. All festivals like Holi, Diwali, and Navratri are celebrated together with enthusiasm in the society. There are no issues with waterlogging or network during the rainy season. The construction quality is good, with proper ventilation, and the plaster and fittings are of good quality. Both uncovered and covered parking are available in the society. read more

The only drawback is that there is no metro connectivity nearby. Overall, everything else is going very well, and I believe it's a fantastic society to live in. read more
