Good things here

There are around 330 flats total in this sociery and public transport, market are easily available and accessible, including autos and cabs. Garbage collection is regular and well-organized with segregation of wet and dry waste. The electricity and water supply are always present. The elevators are installed and maintained. There are CCTV cameras and a security guard available for safety. read more

Things need improvement

Few downsides which I would say is that the play area is small, and there is no ground for kids to play, unlike my previous society which had 2-3 grounds. There are issues with pets and street dogs sometimes, including a German Shepherd infront of our place which usually barks at people. The maintenance charge is also very high compared to what services we get. Here festivals are also not celebrated together and I think more plantation could be done to improve the environment. read more

Tata housing Gurgaon is a well defined project developed by the developer. It is well connected with roads and public transport to Bengaluru. Every apartment is spacious and has modern fixtures. Some kind of water leakage problem arises, but is solved. Parking facilities also must and good support staff.

Prominent shopping malls, movie theatres, school, and hospitals are present in proximity of this residential project. The project has been finely constructed and the interior space is spacious. One of the best projects I have ever seen with excellent service and maintenance.
