Good things here

Maximim residents use their personal vehicle as well and there are ample of parking space available in the society. Flats are not at all conjested, proper ventilation is available. Structure of the buildings are perfect. Fire exit and fire station is also near the society. There are multiple parks in the society. Society has a mix of people comming from different parts of country, People are very good in the society, they are educated and decent people, festivals are celebrated together. Facilities and amenities like gym, swwimming pool and club house is available in the society. Society follows pet rules and society is pet friendly. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Elevators are properly maintained. read more

Things need improvement

There are no proper roads around the society. The roads are not done by the government, roads are not yet constructed. There are no roads, we can call it as land and graveyard for farming, roads are not made for which travelling becomes a major concern for us as public transport is easily not available. The area is still not developed. There are no schools and hospitals nearby the society. A lot of garbage collection issues are faced in the society, society does not actively collect garbage on time which creates a major concern for hygeine in the society. There are housekeeping staffs for garbage collection but the garbage is not dumped properly for which society becomes smelly. I pay Rs 5000 per month for maintenance charge and I don't think it's not worth the price. There are slum area outside the society. The roads gets blocked because of water logging during rainy season which creates a lot of problem. For daily use anly small grocery shops are available, there is no proper market area nearby the society. We are dependent on government water supply and it is not sufficient for our society. During summers water supply becomes a major concern as there is sortage of it. There is also sortage of water supply as the society is big enough. Frequent power cuts happens specially during summer season. Plaster fittings are not good, The construction quality of the buildings is not good, seepage and leakage issues are seen a lot in the flats. Amenities are small as compared to the number of people in the society. Stray dogs issues are faced inside the society. read more

I'm quite pleased with the recent updates to our amenities in the society. The modernization has really enhanced the overall comfort and enjoyment of living here. Maintenance services have been top-notch as well. Any issues I've encountered have been swiftly and efficiently resolved, which is a huge relief. It's comforting to know that our community takes care of its residents so responsively. read more

Things need improvement

Having resided in this society for the past 8 years, one persistent challenge we've encountered is the absence of a sector road. Unfortunately, there haven't been any government plans to address this issue, leaving the responsibility with the builder. However, it seems that the builder is unaware of how to improve connectivity and has not taken any proactive steps in this regard. read more

The quality of construction was very good with spacious rooms, balconies, and no issues of seepage. Maintenance was done on time. read more

Things need improvement

At that time, the area wasn't developed as it was surrounded by dense jungle-like terrain. In the society, there was only a clubhouse, which wasn't properly functional, and other amenities were also not available. Due to the lack of area development, people from surrounding villages would often attack anyone they saw alone. I also experienced such an incident, making the place very unsafe for solitary individuals. read more

Things need improvement

It seems like there are significant issues with maintenance and amenities in the society. Many promised amenities have not been delivered by the builder, leading to dissatisfaction among residents. The garden is poorly maintained, and there is insufficient parking space. The security system is inadequate, with random security checks and a lack of CCTV surveillance. Additionally, the absence of power backup facilities further compounds the problems. Delays in maintenance payments from some residents contribute to the overall backwardness of the society. These issues need to be addressed by the management to improve living conditions for�all�residents. read more
