The housing society has a lot going for it. There is a handy grocery close by, and each household has their own parking space. Excellent connectivity is provided by well-maintained roads and easy access to cars, buses, and taxis. When garbage is properly separated, collection is effective. The well-maintained elevators in the society provide inhabitants convenience. The water and electricity supplies are always available, the structure is of outstanding quality, there are no termite problems, and there is adequate ventilation. There are clubhouse and other contemporary, well-maintained amenities accessible. The neighborhood is welcoming, with long-term inhabitants cultivating a strong sense of camaraderie. A guard on duty ensures well-managed security as well. read more

The locality and transportation were very good, with a prime location. Autos and rickshaws were easily available around the society. Nearby, you had access to a mall, market, grocery store, hospital, and school. Festivals like Holi and Diwali were celebrated. The society offered amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, garden, badminton court, and a kids' playroom. Cleaning was well maintained, and ventilation was good in my flat . There was allotted parking for everyone. read more

Things need improvement

The only issue was waterlogging on the roads outside the society during the rainy season. There is a bit of a sunlight problem on the back side of the building. Otherwise, everything inside the society was excellent. read more

Ociety's location is great with good connectivity to malls and markets nearby. Maintenance is on time for cleaning and garbage collection, which is helpful. All amenities are available, although you've had issues with seepage and leakage, which are being fixed by the maintenance team. It's nice to have good and helpful neighbors too, making it a friendly place to live. read more

Things need improvement

In my opinion, since the society buildings are quite old, the RWA should focus on renovating them. Apart from that, everything else in the society seems to be very good. read more
