Good things here

The transportation connectivity in the society is excellent, and the roads are of good quality. There is also a focus on cleanliness. We have to pay maintenance charges of 3000 rupees for a 2BHK apartment measuring 1110 sq. ft. There are no issues with water logging or water supply. Painting work is also done on time in the society. Additionally, there is a fire exit in the society. The installation of cameras is currently underway. People in the society are cooperative and friendly. read more

Things need improvement

Sunlight doesn't reach the flats, and the quality of the flat is only average due to drainage issues, leading to problems like seepage in the walls. I don't visit the gym, so I'm not aware of its condition. The swings in the parks are often in poor condition, requiring frequent complaints, which haven't been resolved yet. Not all areas have cameras installed. Some of my neighbors are afraid of my dog, so there are people in the society who are not pet-friendly. read more

I appreciate the fact that our society is connected to the elevated road, making commuting easier. It's reassuring to know that maintenance issues are addressed promptly, and compared to other societies, we experience fewer problems with water seepage. The best part for me is having all the amenities like parks and a swimming pool, creating a natural and green environment that enhances the overall living experience. read more

The society benefits from good connectivity, with public transport options like autos and cabs easily accessible nearby. Nearby amenities include local shops, supermarkets, schools, restaurants, and even a mall next to the society. The construction quality is good, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems reported. Additionally, the lift is available and properly maintained. CCTV surveillance is also in place and functions effectively, ensuring the security of residents. read more

Electricity issues, including frequent power cuts and malfunctioning meters, pose significant problems. Additionally, the power backup system and water supply seem unreliable, with drinking water not available 24/7. Maintenance and cleanliness standards appear to be lacking, with issues such as delayed garbage collection and the presence of street dogs and monkeys. Despite the availability of facilities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids, they are not functional or well-maintained. While the community members may be friendly and cooperative, it seems that overall management and upkeep of the society need improvement. read more
