Each resident has designated parking, ensuring orderly and secure vehicle storage. Our community is well-connected with public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs readily available, and the well-maintained roads facilitate smooth travel. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry waste segregation helps keep the area clean and hygienic. Elevators provide easy access to all floors, and we benefit from a reliable 24/7 electricity and water supply. The buildings are well-constructed, with no termite issues and proper ventilation for a healthy living environment. Safety is a priority, with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards ensuring the community remains secure at all times. read more

Things need improvement

Painting is not done on time, affecting the appearance and maintenance of the buildings. There is no power backup, causing inconvenience during outages, and I believe having a power backup is essential. The elevators frequently go out of service, frustrating residents. Persistent seepage issues lead to potential damage and discomfort. The lack of modern amenities like a gym or clubhouse limits recreational options. Security is compromised because CCTV cameras are not installed in all areas. Additionally, neighbors are often uncooperative and unfriendly, as they are busy with their own lives. Addressing these concerns would significantly improve the living experience in the society. read more

Good things here

Near the society, there were local transport facilities and a local market for convenience. Ample parking space was provided for both owners and visitors within the society. Safety features included fire exits, a fire station, and firefighting equipment. General security was ensured with guards at the entrance and CCTV surveillance throughout the areas. Security apps were also used for additional safety measures. The society enjoyed continuous 24-hour water and electricity supply. There was a cooperative atmosphere, and no discrimination was observed between owners and tenants within�the�society. read more

Things need improvement

The metro station was not located near the society. Occasionally, there were issues with the infrastructure development and build quality. However, upon raising complaints with the maintenance team, they promptly addressed and resolved these issues. When I lived there two years ago, all amenities were still under construction, so I am not aware of their current status. Overall, apart from these aspects, everything else in the society was perfect during�my�time�there. read more
