A low-rise, moderate-density housing complex is ideal for your family. The BPTP project is sprawling across Sector 81. Compared to the unit's price, the plot size is rather small. However, it is a perfect location for a nuclear family. Parking is ample, and the park is clean and green for you and your toddlers.

The selling point for this housing project is its prime location. If you dislike high-rise buildings, you will enjoy this one. Three low-density floors are proposed. Wide roads, broad landscapes, and above-average construction quality. What's missing? There is no lift access. There is no power backup.

The construction quality is subpar, it is not adequately maintained, and there is no local go-to small day-to-day market at the moment, and the roads already are in poor condition.

Overall, it is a wonderful community. There are cement roads and suitable lanes, and all the houses are given proper numbers, thus making it easier to discover. The basic amenities are yet to be created. There is a gym but only basic machines. Other than that, there aren't many similarities to other societies. If you want a wonderful living space and a quiet and beautiful community, this is the place to be. Park 81 is fantastic and will only get better in the future. read more
