Public transportation options like autos, buses, and rickshaws are easily accessible outside the society, making commuting convenient for me. I appreciate having market areas, grocery stores, schools, malls, restaurants, and hospitals nearby, which adds to the convenience of daily life. The society has provided well-defined parking spaces for all residents, and I haven't faced any major issues regarding parking. Maintenance of the society is excellent, with cleanliness and hygiene properly maintained, including timely garbage collection and pest control. Water supply and electricity are available without any major disruptions, ensuring a comfortable living environment for me. The construction quality of the buildings is superior, with good ventilation and no seepage or termite issues. Functional CCTV cameras, security guards, and elevators contribute to the safety and security of the society. The amenities provided, such as the gym, swimming pool, and club house, are well-maintained and functional, enhancing the overall quality of life. Unfortunately, the metro station is not conveniently located near the society, which can make commuting via public transportation less convenient for me. Guest parking arrangements require parking outside the society premises, which can be inconvenient for guests visiting me. read more

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is very well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. All the garbage collections are collected from the residents on regular basis. Water supply is good. Water logging issues are not faced at all. Spacious Lift is available and maintained properly. 3 lifts are available in each blocks The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Plaster and fittings quality is good. Spacious society with proper ventilation is flats, buildings are not at all conjested. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, play area for kids are available in the society. Garden and tennis court is available. Painting is also done on time. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. read more

Things need improvement

I also use my personal vehicle and the society has not got good amount of parking space. Sometimes parking has to be done outside the society on the roads. Visitor's parking is not available. There is no club house in the society. read more

Good things here

The society area was nicely kept, with no leaks or water problems. Everything was easy to get to. Buses, autos, and taxis were available whenever people needed them. Connectivity was good for the people who have to go for the work daiky have the facilties of public transport. Water supply and waste management were good. Nearby, people could easily reach grocery stores, markets, hospitals, schools, and colleges. There was lots of parking available. A large park was there for kids to play and enjoy. The residents were friendly and welcoming. Cctvs and elevators are good in condition and working properly. Communication and internet services were always reliable. read more

The buildings are really well-built. People are very friendly and often join in cultural events. The facilities like gyms, clubhouse, and pools are kept really clean. No problems with leaks or dampness anywhere. It's easy to get around with buses, autos, and taxis close by. There's lots of parking space for everyone people can park their car and bike with sufficient space. There was no issue of communication and network in that area. Connectivity was good people have the facilities of public transport. Electricity and watersupply is also good. You can find grocery stores, schools, pharmacies, and hospitals nearby. Everyone can stay connected without any problems. They handle garbage disposal really well. read more
