The many well-maintained facilities offered in this society makes living a positive experience. The overall maintenance is good, with regular garbage collection and proper segregation and disposal of dry and wet waste. While public transportation options like buses and autos are not very convenient, cabs are easily available. If you have your own transportation, the main road connecting the society makes commuting easier. Parking is well-organized, with each resident having a designated spot and everyone following the parking rules. The presence of a nearby school and hospital adds to the convenience. The neighbors are friendly and cooperative, fostering a pleasant community atmosphere. Elevators are installed and regularly maintained, and the society boasts 24/7 security with CCTV and security guards, ensuring safety. The electricity supply is reliable around the clock. Modern amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and play area are available and well-maintained, enhancing the quality of life here. read more

Things need improvement

There are many positives about living in this society but there are a few problems that need attention. The nearest metro station is 2-3 km away, which can be inconvenient for daily commuters. Additionally, the inner road has numerous potholes and patches, making it uncomfortable to travel on. The water supply is not available 24/7, and there are occasional disruptions in the electricity supply. The power backup only covers common areas and not individual flats, which can be problematic during outages. The flats also suffer from poor ventilation and feel congested, with minor issues of seepage and termites adding to the discomfort. Although there are modern amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and play area, they are not sufficient to accommodate all residents comfortably. Good things here

Quality of roads and street lights are good. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is in middle of the town, hospitals and everything is nearby. There is parking space alloted to all and if someone does not follow parking rules implemented by the society then that person has to pay the fine. Maintainance of the society is good and timely maintainance is done. Paintings are also done on time. Garbage collection is done on time. Everyday between 9 to 10 am garbage collections are done. Wet and dry wastes are segregated seperately. No major water supply issues are faced in the society. Water logging issues are not faced at all in the society. Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. I didn't find any seapage problem particularly in my flat. people are very friendly and all are coperative. There is no pet related issues, society follows pet related rules. There is no stray dog issues in the society. There are Facilities and Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. read more

Metro construction is still going on, not functional at the moment. Power cuts happens and power backup is only available for the common area. Residents have not got any power backup provided by the society. read more

I never have to worry about water supply or electricity issues, and security is top-notch with CCTV surveillance, security guards, and well-maintained lifts. About 100 meters from our society, there's an area that hasn't been developed yet, which can be a bit of an eyesore. Also, the lack of nearby metro stations is inconvenient, although I've heard one is under construction, which might alleviate this issue in the future. Market areas, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. Good amount of parking space is alloted to all residents. constructuion quality is good in the society. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such. Ventilation is also good. There is no issues faced regarding water supply and electricity. Water quality is also good. Society is properly maintained and regularly garbage collections are done on time. Water logging issues are not faced in the society, the society has got good drainage system. facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society. There are no pet issues that happens inside the society. CCTV is avilable and functional. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Elevators are maintained properly, 2 elevators are available. The society is quite big and spacious. read more

The road condition is concerning; they are poorly made and in very bad shape, which impacts the overall convenience and safety of the area. Furthermore, street lights on one side are not functioning, adding to the safety concerns, especially during nighttime. Water quality is very good. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. There are proper parking alloted to all residents and also parking related rules are followed. My rooms are very well ventilated and sunlight is received properly. Elevators are regularly maintained and it is properly functional. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. The society is very safe at night as well, the society is very well protected. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. People are friendly and cooperative, all the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together. Pet related issues are not faced in the society. read more
