Because of its easy access to cab services, bus, and auto service, it is a well-connected place. Low pollution levels as there is a lot of greenery inside the premises. The connectivity is never an issue also, the colleges, schools, shops, ATMs are nearby. There are nice green parks, well-maintained roads and all the facilities including gym, jogging track, swimming pool, open area, etc. The area is extremely accessible and you can easily get to the bus or the nearest auto stand within a few minutes. There is also police patrolling which is done multiple times of the day and night. read more
