Good things here

The maintenance of the society is excellent, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and proper hygiene. Garbage collection and pest control are timely. CCTV cameras are installed, ensuring a robust security system. The lifts are operational and function properly. There are no significant issues with water supply or electricity. Amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are available and well maintained. Overall, the residents are friendly and socially engaged within the community. read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality in the society is very poor, with frequent seepage, leakage, and issues with wall quality where the plaster easily comes off. The doors are also of poor quality. Termite issues are prevalent. Additionally, there is no metro connectivity near the society. read more
