The locality around the society is very good, with friendly and respectful neighbors. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is available reliably. Garbage collection is very efficient; they regularly collect and dispose of waste properly. Construction quality is good; there are no issues with seepage or leaks in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Good things here

I am a former resident and I stayed there 2. 5 years ago, I had a very positive experience. Connectivity was excellent, with easy access to autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport. The construction quality was solid with no leaks or cracks. Even though there was no clubhouse during my stay, the other amenities were good. The neighbourhood was friendly and welcoming. CCTV and security were dependable, providing a safe environment. Parking and guest parking were convenient, and there were no issues with stray dogs. Maintenance was reliable, and the surroundings were kept clean and orderly. read more

I enjoyed living here and had a great experience. My only issue was the absence of a clubhouse during my stay. But I have no complaints about anything other than this. read more

The society had a garden. The flats had good ventilation and received ample sunlight. The residents were decent and cooperative. Water was available 24/7. Festivals were celebrated together. read more

Things need improvement

The society did not have a gym or swimming pool. There was always some construction going on, so cleanliness was not maintained. Autos and buses were not available from the society. There were leakage and seepage issues. Maintenance charges were high, with Rs. 15,000 to be paid quarterly for a 2BHK flat. read more
