Good things here

Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book through apps like Ola and Uber; autos are particularly easy to find. Public transportation like buses is available within 100 meters from the society, making it very accessible. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, vegetable markets, and small clinics are available within 200 meters from the site, which is very convenient. The building was recently maintained a few years back. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 1300 rupees, that we are paying. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Maintenance is not good in the society; the water facility is notably poor, with water coming into the tanks being muddy. Some people are not paying maintenance charges, causing issues in the apartment. Garbage collection is also inadequate, and the roads are very dusty inside the society. Cleaning is very poor both inside and outside the society. Construction in the society is incomplete, with lifts not yet installed despite promises from the builder. Amenities like swimming pool and gym are still under construction, which is disappointing. The clubhouse has not been painted yet. Security is present, but there are still complaints about its effectiveness. There are many problems in the parking area, with cars being broken into and lights being broken. Hospitals are located 7-8 kilometers away from the society, which is very inconvenient in case of emergencies. read more

Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with seepage or leaks in the apartments. Water facilities are excellent, available 24/7. Power backups are reliable. Garbage collection is very good; they collect waste daily. Hospitals are within 1 km from the society. Facilities like grocery stores and supermarkets are available within walking distance. The greenery in the society is good. There is a kids' play area within the society. read more
