Seepage in a brand new flat within 2 days. Plaster quality is not good. Washroom basin pipe missing from a bathroom. Curtain rod fittings were not holding up so we had to do multiple drills. Main door lock is so dirty and does not even close properly.

Located between Sector 84 and 86, its northern border is Sector 86 road, while its southern border is Dwarka Expressway Link road.
