Auto and cabs facilities are easy to approach near by the society. There are groccerry shops and chemist near by the society. Quality of the construction quality is good as never faced leakage and seepage kind of issues. All the modern amenities are present in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym ,kids play area etc in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Maintenance facilities are below average in the society. Security system of the society is not that prompt and needs improvement,Biomatrix facilities needs tobe installed. read more

Good things here

The society is connected to the highway. While I travel with my own vehicle, autos and buses are available near the society. There is ample parking space for both residents and visitors. All modern amenities are available, and the society is kept clean. The people are friendly, and we celebrate all festivals together. Water is available 24/7, and there are fire exits as well. read more

Things need improvement

The society is a bit old, which leads to issues like leakage and seepage. The swimming pool is not well-maintained, and recently, there have been power cuts during the day. The power backup is only available for common areas. read more

Auto rickshaws are available near the society. The society is clean, and garbage collection is done daily. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The residents are very cooperative, and festivals are celebrated together. All committee members are working individuals, so sometimes it takes a little time to resolve issues, but they do get resolved. The society has been recently painted. read more

Things need improvement

The society is 15 years old, which is why many flats are facing issues with leakage and seepage. Construction work is underway on the roads outside the society, resulting in narrow roads. The lifts often remain out of order, as maintenance is not done on time. read more

All the modern amenities were available and well-maintained. The residents were friendly, and all festivals were celebrated. There were no issues with leakage or seepage, and the flats were well-ventilated. Water was available 24/7, and the society was clean. There were no traffic issues around the society, and auto-rickshaws were easily available nearby. The roads outside the society were in good condition. Sufficient parking space was available for everyone, including visitors, and there were restaurants nearby. read more

Things need improvement

There was a slight issue with power cuts. The society had power backup only for common areas and lifts, not for individual flats. Shopping malls were not within walking distance; they were a bit far away. read more

The construction quality is very good as there is no seepage in the society,all the necessary amneties are avalaible in the society like gym, swiming pool, club house etc, and the people in the society are really good and have positive attitude towards all the residents.Schools , hospitals and market all are at the distance of not more than 10 to 15 km read more

Connectivity is a bit of issue as there is no public transport avaliable from the society
