The availability of public transport makes this area so good and there is great connectivity to other sectors and areaa .healthcare centers and schools are premium in this area also you can access public transport in night any time. read more

Things need improvement

after 10 pm the area is not safe for womens specially.crime rate is increasing with time but less cases in daytime.as crowded area so there is so much noise read more

The location in Sector-70 is excellent. It is close to a gas station, three international schools, banks, ATMs, and large parks. Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and Delhi are all easily accessible from there.

Sector 70 is a lovely neighbourhood. This neighbourhood is charming and has a Noida flavour, but it is also fairly crowded and environmentally friendly. Nicely thought out and finished. The ideal location for couples who value peace is this area.

It is one of the prime locations of Noida. NH24 provides great connectivity to the area. Well-maintained parks. No power issues in the area. Also, water supply is good. Pollution level is high. Road side lanes are not clean.
