the clubs and playground are well maintained. Construction quality is good. Roads are well maintained. The lift needs improvement. Auto and cabs are available easily. Metro connectivity is not there in the area. All the essentials are available nearby.

Ample parking space. There are facilities like a swimming pool, gym, playgrounds, club, etc., in the locality. Grocery stores and markets are available within walking distance. The green cover in the area can be improved a lot.

The maintenance services are good and the charges are also nominal. No power issues in the area. Public transport is available readily in the locality. The area is pet friendly as well. The roads are in good condition. Parks can be improved.
