Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste is a big plus. We have 24/7 electricity and water supply, and there's designated parking for each resident. There's also a play area and garden for kids, which is great for families. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, always looking out for each other. The connectivity is good, with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. Roads are in good condition, and there are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. read more

Things need improvement

The major drawbacks are the absence of a swimming pool or gym. Additionally, there's a seepage issue in my apartment that has been a bit bothersome. Overall, it's a decent place to live with a few minor inconveniences. read more

Good things here

The construction quality is good, as I have never seen any seepage in my apartment. The apartment is spacious with enough ventilation. There is a small mall-type market nearby, and overall maintenance is good with everything done in a timely manner. Garbage collection is proper, and the neighbors are nice and well-behaved. I have never faced any type of discrimination in the society. read more

Connectivity is just okay, sometimes autos are available and sometimes not. There are no amenities in the society, such as a gym, clubhouse, garden, or play area. It would be really helpful to have a shop inside the society; there used to be one, but it has been closed now. read more
