Prestige Kew Gardens is ridden with problems at many levels - from construction to management to the psychology of the residents. If you drill a hole in the wall, you will have chunks of the wall and powder immediately falling, revealing the poor quality material having been used. Numerous complaints about seepage and electrical malfunctioning due to the seepage are unattended even after frustrated residents logging them everywhere. The association is a deaf ear to it all. Poor and often absent water supply and stinking toilets is a common daily feature here, with residents being used to the two.
