Good things here

Maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained. street light are properly functional at night as well. connectivity of the society is convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available nearby the society. Regular garbage collection is done on time by the society. All the time water supply and electricity is available in the society. Paintings and water proofing is done periodically. Till now I have not faced any seepage or leakage issues, in my tower construction is good. Rooms are very well ventilated. We have good security system, securuty guards are properly functional and does their duties. My tower has got 2 lifts and both are functional. 2 lifts are spacios. Sufficient parking space is available. CCTV cameras are present all over thee society and all are functional. Club house, parks are available. Garden is also available. The society celebrates festivals and events where all the people in the society participates together. People are educated and decent all are friendly. read more

Things need improvement

Traffic issues happens a lot during peak hours which creates a lot of problems for us. Road conditions are very bad outside the society. During rainy season there are some water drainage issues that we face. Around the lifts and some area water logging happens. Some amenities like swimming pool read more

The maintenance and cleanliness standards are impeccable, and hygiene is always properly maintained. Garbage collections are done punctually, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment. I appreciate the excellent connectivity, with various public transportation options easily accessible nearby. It's convenient to have local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants within walking distance. I'm particularly impressed by the high construction quality, with no issues like seepage or leakage. The absence of water logging problems is also a relief. Having visitor parking available is a nice touch, and it's great that paintings are done on time to keep everything looking fresh. Having facilities like a gym, swimming pool, and play area for kids right here in the society adds to the convenience and enjoyment of living here. The availability of walking space is another bonus. I appreciate most is the friendly and cooperative atmosphere among the residents. read more

The connectivity in this society is fantastic; everything, including the mall, is nearby. The maintenance charges are quite reasonable considering the amenities provided, and the lifts are cleaned regularly. The construction quality is excellent�I haven't faced any issues with seepage or leaks. Plus, the neighbors are really helpful, making it a great place to live. read more

People in the society have issues with parking�those who bought flats later haven't been given permanent parking spots. Also, there isn't a swimming pool, just two parks for recreation. read more

The residents are great, and security measures are tight for added safety. Inside the society, we have amenities like a gym, play area, and garden. Plus, you'll find markets and malls all within a 1km radius. We have continuous water supply, and there's power backup for both individual flats and common areas. read more

Autos are occasionally available but not consistently. Power cuts happen occasionally, mainly on Thursdays. There's no swimming pool, and flats often experience leakage issues. read more
