Nearby the society, there are malls and convenient local transportation options. The maintenance facilities are excellent, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. All amenities including a swimming pool, play area, and gym are available and well-maintained. The residents are cooperative, friendly, and contribute to fostering a positive social atmosphere in the society. read more

The society offers multiple power backup facilities, but this contributes to fluctuating maintenance charges. The high cost of power backup results in increased maintenance fees. Seepage issues are widespread, especially in the basement area, which tends to flood during the rainy season. Moreover, the clubhouse is inadequate and lacks amenities, rendering it unsuitable for use. read more

Auto-rickshaws and cabs are easily available, and the metro station is also nearby the society. The rooms are spacious and well-ventilated. All amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are available and well-maintained. There is 24-hour water and electricity supply, and there are no drainage issues in the society. The residents are good, and all festivals are celebrated in the society.Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors.Safe and security is ensured of the residents. read more

Bachelors are not permitted in the society, and power backup is provided exclusively to common areas such as the lift and common lighting. read more

JM Orchid society before. Autos, cabs, and other transportation options were readily available there. Recently, a mall opened near the society, and there are also restaurants nearby. The construction quality was above average with no issues. The society had amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and play space for children. read more

There was an issue with connectivity as buses were not readily available nearby. Additionally, there were problems with mobile network coverage due to issues with nearby towers. read more

The area boasts excellent connectivity, thanks to the Sector 75 metro station nearby. The society maintains very good cleanliness standards. Although there were some CCTV issues, they were promptly resolved, improving security. High-quality paint was used during construction, ensuring durability and aesthetics.
