The people in our community are sociable and helpful, and we celebrate numerous festivals together. Connectivity-wise, we are conveniently located 1 km away from essential amenities such as the bus stop, supermarket, grocery stores, and medical shops. Street lights are functional, and there is ample parking space available. Our community boasts a range of amenities including a gym, swimming pool, yoga room, table tennis, library, clubhouse, community hall, and walking track. Maintenance is diligently carried out with regular cleaning and efficient garbage collection services. We benefit from 24/7 water and power supply, and the lift operates smoothly. The well-ventilated rooms contribute to our comfort and overall satisfaction. read more

There are ongoing issues with garbage management outside our community, and some amenities aren't well-maintained, causing inconvenience for residents. We need to make more efforts to effectively address these concerns. read more

The society has a lot going for it. There's good connectivity with public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs easily available, and the roads are in good condition. Schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently nearby. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues, proper ventilation, good plaster, and fitting. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation is a plus. The modern amenities, such as the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, are available for use. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, respecting each other's privacy and never causing any disturbance. Additionally, there are CCTV cameras and a security guard available for added safety. read more

Although the amenities are present, I don't use them as they are not well-maintained. The gym lacks necessary improvements, and the swimming pool water quality is not good. Other than that, everything else is absolutely fine. read more
