Contemporary style, intelligent use of space and supreme comfort; there is no need to worry about the security point. Furthermore, all the basic amenities including schools, colleges, hospitals, etc. are easily reachable. The construction quality is good but it requires maintenance.

Located just off Mumbai-Pune expressway. Good transportation along with best location makes this project happening place as everything is nearby and like clubs, restaurants, malls, cinema halls, bus stops, auto stands, bus stands and grocery shops which makes the life simpler. Safety is taken care very well as security guards are always present and do there work efficiently. Connectivity is not an issue and you can reach anywhere in no time.
