See I was in little doubt before investing in Candeur Landmark however this region has not satisfied my hopes completely. They do have all the promised amenities but most of them are not taken well care of. Last weekend I went to the pool with my kids to have a good time but we found out dried leafs, dog poo laying in the pool. The pool do not have a cover even to protect it from these type of problem. More over it, the management here is not that caring about the children safety as per my view. The security is really good but the guard that stays in the morning does not bother to look out for the children playing around. These type of problems should be taken care of immidiately. read more

I have been utilizing the Volleyball court, Swimming pools-2, Badminton courts, Multipurpose court -1(basketball & tennis, Open-air theatre, Cricket pitch-2, Skating rink, Jogging track for staying fit. The running and cycling track is useful for light exercise in the first part of the day or evening. The finished nursery is ideal for having some tea with your loved ones. Love strolling around and love to get some fresh energy. Inside quality and infrastructure are great while the interior is according to the financial plan. Society's people are very supportive of every single need. You will get a medical clinic, school, café, store nearby. This place offers everything that was guaranteed. read more

Honestly speaking, my experience with this place is amazing. Moved here a while ago, and currently loving this place. The environment is so calm and multiple amenities are available. Generally, the society is supportive and maintenance also responds fast, but sometimes, waterlogging becomes an issue especially in the monsoon. All the interiors are high quality. Café, Supermarket, Spa and saloon, Home theatre, Gym-2nos, Party halls-2nos, Indoor, games-2nos, Business center, Conference hall, Kids daycare center, Yoga room and Steambath and all are there. Sometimes we have to deal with power issues but the network is fine. All advantages of living in that local area are present here. read more

Candor Landmark has conveyed everything they said! This is a great undertaking, you can see from construction quality to the perfect interior, everything looks so beautiful. From Café, Supermarket, Spa and saloon, Home theatre, Gym-2nos, Party halls-2nos, Indoor, games-2nos, Business center, Conference hall, Kids daycare center, Yoga room and Steam bath, Volleyball court, Swimming pools-2, Badminton courts, Multipurpose court -1(basketball & tennis, Open-air theatre, Cricket pitch-2, Skating rink, Jogging track, Kids Play areas -3, Elders seating -3, Plant nursery, Jogging track, Landscaping and what not. Varthur is one of the most fast developing areas of Bangalore. It shares its border with Whitefield which is the largest technology clusters in South Asia. It follows a lifestyle of ‚ walk to work‚ with EPIP (Export Promotion Industrial Park) & ITP-B (International Tech Park - Bangalore) in the vicinity. The EPIP is one of the country's first Information Technology Parks and ITP-B houses offices of many IT and ITES companies. The location also enjoys excellent connectivity to the major MNC‚ s like Hindustan Unilever, Britannia, HP, Capgemini, Tata Elxsi, ITPL, Brigade Tech Park, Bhoruka Tech Park and many more. Apart from Balagare Road, there are two other major four-lane roads that connect Varthur to Bangalore city. These roads are Whitefield Road via Mahadevapura and Varthur Road via Marathahalli. Both roads intersect with Karnataka State Highway 35 (SH 35) which runs in the North-South direction (Siddlaghatta in the north to Anekal in the south).
