The society faces challenges with maintenance as cleanliness is not consistently upheld. Issues that arise often take time to resolve. Construction quality is lacking, leading to problems such as seepage, leakage, and plaster issues, with dampness recurring in the walls. Rooms suffer from inadequate ventilation. The neighbor's dogs barked a lot, which was very annoying. The neighbours themselves were not friendly and the people in the area were generally unpleasant. There were also some issues with getting Ola, Uber, cabs, and autos. Despite these problems, the construction, maintenance, and amenities of the building were very good. read more

Things need improvement

The maintainance is not good in the society, maintainance issues are faced as sociery is not kept clean regularly. Sometimes issues that arise takes time to be resolved by the society. The constructuion quality is not good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Damps in the walls happens now and then. Rooms are not properly ventilated as we have south facing flat proper sunlight is not received in rooms, this problem is faced during winter times as we don't receive proper sunlight. Jogging tracks can be improved and maintained. There is no CCTV cameras installed in the lifts. Lift is available but not maintained properly, flooring and lights needs to be fixed. Sometimes network issues are faced. Paintings are not done on time. Sometimes Stray dog issues are faced in the society. read more
